Diana Rogers Jaeger, APR, M.Ed. helps organizations harness the power of culture to achieve greater success and employee engagement. As a results-driven consultant and trainer, she develops workplace cultures that lead to improved employee morale, productivity, and retention. She is a certified facilitator of the 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace and motivates teams to show appreciation in ways that are both meaningful and effective.  

As founder of Love To Appreciate Consulting, Diana’s clients benefit from her more than 12 years of experience in the communications industry and her Master’s degree in adult and continuing education from the University of Oklahoma. She is a go-to speaker on the topics of employee engagement, organizational culture, and the 5 Languages of Appreciation for conferences, luncheons, meetings and leadership retreats. 

Diana is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City's Signature Class 35 and LOYAL Class I and a recipient of the OKC Biz Forty Under 40 Award and the Journal Record Achievers Under 40 Award. She is a longtime volunteer and board member of Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma. Diana loves to collect experiences and journal about them which is why she recently trained to run her first and second marathon.
