Parking Instructions
Free parking after 5 pm in East City Center Garage. It’s on Harvey Avenue, south of Park Avenue. There are two garages on Harvey, when you are south bound on Harvey it will be on your left. It is directly south of The Manhattan.
Push silver button. The attendant will ask your name, give them your name and tell them you are with “Manhattan After Hours”.
Parking in reserved spots is ok after 5 pm.
